Benefits of working with Teaching Support
1. Expert Knowledge- We have local offices and are constantly speaking to the strongest candidates in the market and local area. We are the only agency that specifically recruits Teaching Assistants.
2. Time - Writing job adverts, sifting through CVs and completing compliance checks can be very time consuming. Teaching Support can take that stress away from schools. If you need a position filled urgently, our candidates are fully vetted and cleared for work, so can start immediately.
3. Cost- You only pay the daily rate, this includes PAYE, NI, pensions and holiday cost. Using Teaching Support is cost effective particularly for temporary support or if you do not know how long you will need the support for.
We have been independently audited by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and we achieved the Gold Standard award. This standard is recognised and set by the Department for Education and OFSTED and achieving Gold Standard highlights the strict vetting and high quality compliance work Teaching Support exhibits on a daily basis.
Why does this matter to schools?
OFSTED and the DFEd stipulate that it’s the school’s responsibility to ensure the agency they work with have strict compliance criteria. It has been designed to protect schools, with safeguarding in mind, ensuring agencies are carrying out the relevant checks when recruiting teaching and non-teaching staff.
